Annual No Tricks Safe Treats trick or treating event downtown on Halloween from 5-7pm! Bring your goblins out for treats at 48 participating merchants on Pioneer Way from City Beach Street to Midway Blvd and on Fidalgo Ave at Dock Street!Posh Puppies will have a Pet Contest and Master Mix Entertainment will have a 360 Photo Booth!At the corner of Dock and Pioneer we'll have DJ Jay Love of Lava Louie's Pizza playing Halloween music and there will be a dance with Shimmy on the Rak at 6pm!Your participating historic downtown merchants will be giving out candy along with our special guests ~ Oak Harbor PD, Oak Harbor Fire Department, Oak Harbor Chamber, HomePlace at Oak Harbor Memory Care, Island Transit, Magnificent Crab Queens, North Whidbey Pool, Park & Recreation District / John Vanderzicht Pool, North Whidbey Help House, Oak Harbor Elks Lodge 2362, Oak Harbor Lions Club, Whidbey Island Pirates, Whidbey Island Roller Derby and Whidbey Ren Faire!Thank you to our sponsors & supporters: Walmart Oak Harbor, PNW Vibes Market, Whidbey Weekly, Coldwell Banker 360 Team, 360 Property Management and City of Oak Harbor
